1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most unused and unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats) and custom products are non-returnable

3. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made an error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error)


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product, contact us with your order details.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take time before your refund is posted

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping.
